You may stay in the NZ territory for up to 3 months, or 6 months if you are a UK citizen.
In the event that you are already in the NZ territory and wish to stay longer, the eTA will not suffice, you will need to apply for a visa.
Once issued, your eTA will be valid for 2 years, with the possibility of multiple entries.
You do not need to apply for an eTA as a New Zealand visa holder.
